Shipping and payment

We usually dispatch in-stock orders within 1 working days of receiving payment; perfumes from the configurator are blended to order and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. On purchases over €65.00, shipping is free: it applies automatically in the basket.

Shipping options

How each method works

• Packeta – home delivery: Packeta and its partner carriers deliver straight to your address. You'll receive tracking updates by email, and in most countries the courier also notifies you of the delivery window by SMS.
• Personal collection: by prior arrangement over email, write to us via the contact page and we’ll agree a time and place for the handover. The handover takes place in Plzeň, Czech Republic.

How to track your parcel

We keep you informed by email at every step: from order confirmation, through handover to the carrier, to delivery. You can also check your order status at any time on the Order tracking page (just your order number and email). Registered customers can see everything in their account too.

Packaging

Perfumes are fragile goods: we pack every bottle in protective padding and a sturdy box so it survives the journey unharmed. If a parcel does arrive damaged, follow the complaints policy (ideally draw up a report with the carrier and let us know, we’ll prioritise it).

Payment options

• Payment card online (Visa, Mastercard): a secure payment via the Stripe payment gateway with 3-D Secure protection. We have no access to your card details.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay: the fastest route, pay in a couple of taps without retyping any details.

The payment is taken immediately when you complete your order; we dispatch the goods once it has been received. You’ll receive an invoice (receipt) by email together with your order confirmation; we are not VAT registered, so it contains no VAT. We don’t offer cash on delivery: this lets us keep shipping prices low and dispatch fast.

Uncollected and returned parcels

If you don’t collect your parcel and it comes back to us, we’ll get in touch about the next steps (resending is possible once new shipping has been paid). Details on returning goods and withdrawing from the contract are in the complaints policy.

We deliver worldwide

Orders are dispatched from the Czech Republic (EU) and delivered worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination; for orders shipped outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.
